Saint Luke’s Pointe is a historic destination on the eastside of Cleveland. It is part of the former medical campus of Saint Luke's Hospital which closed in 1999, and is being vibrantly redeveloped.
Saint Luke's Pointe will feature the reuse of the main historic structure; the renovation of the Shaker Medical Office Building; a cooperative learning campus at the corner of Shaker Blvd and East 116th Street encompassing the new Harvey Rice Grade School and Harvey Rice Library; and Legacy at Saint Luke's Pointe.
Legacy at Saint Luke’s Pointe is a new green neighborhood consisting of upscale homes. There will be 22 townhomes and 62 single family residences. The total campus redevelopment represents a $72 million reinvestment in the Buckeye Larchmere neighborhood.
